Online Store Terms

These terms define the rules for using the rider-tyres.eu online store operated by rezer sp. z o.o.

Last updated: 23 July 2026

1. Website operator

The website operator is rezer sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Adolfa Mitery 11, 32-700 Bochnia, KRS: 0001023709, NIP: 8681988955, REGON: 524666064.

Contact: contact@rider-tyres.eu, +48 14 689 1100.

2. Scope and definitions

The rider-tyres.eu store allows consumers and other customers to browse Rider Tyres products, use a cart, and enter into distance sales contracts without creating an account.

A customer is a person placing an order, a product is an item offered in the store, and a business day is Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Poland.

3. Electronic services and technical requirements

Free electronic services include access to store content, search and filters, the cart, checkout, legal documents, and contact features. A service ends when the user leaves the website or removes the cart.

Use requires an internet-connected device, an up-to-date browser, an active e-mail address for ordering, and JavaScript for full functionality. Unlawful content, security interference, unauthorized access, and disruption are prohibited.

4. Orders and contract conclusion

To order, the customer selects a product and quantity, adds it to the cart, provides contact and delivery data, chooses delivery and payment, reviews the terms, and presses the final “Buy and pay” button. Data and cart contents can be corrected before that step.

Product information is an invitation to make an offer. Placing an order is the customer’s offer. The sales contract is concluded when the seller accepts the order; the confirmation and contract content are sent to the provided e-mail address in a form the customer can retain.

The seller may reject an order if a product is unavailable, a price is an obvious technical error, or delivery cannot be performed. The customer will be informed promptly and any received payment refunded.

5. Prices, payment, and delivery

Product prices are gross and include applicable VAT. Before the order is placed, checkout shows the total price, taxes, delivery cost, and any payment-method surcharge.

Available payment methods, delivery countries, expected time, and delivery cost are displayed before ordering. Delivery is free only where checkout explicitly shows a zero cost.

For bank transfer, dispatch follows receipt of funds. For consumers, risk passes when the product is handed to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer, and an eligible sole trader where the contract is not professional in nature, may withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 days after taking possession. Sending an unambiguous statement to the postal or e-mail address before the deadline is sufficient.

The product must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal. The customer bears the direct return cost. For a correctly packed standard domestic courier shipment within Poland, the estimated cost is up to PLN 80 per tyre; another carrier, non-standard parcel or extra services may change that amount. The seller refunds payments, including the least expensive ordinary delivery option, within 14 days after receiving the statement, but may wait until the product or proof of return is received.

The customer is liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. Statutory exceptions apply where provided by law.

7. Product conformity and complaints

The seller is liable to consumers for a lack of conformity revealed within two years after delivery. Complaints may be sent to contact@rider-tyres.eu or the registered address and should identify the order, issue, and requested remedy.

The consumer may request repair or replacement. Where statutory conditions are met, the consumer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. Bringing a product into conformity is free of charge, and consumer complaints are answered within 14 days.

8. Electronic service complaints

Problems with the website, cart, or forms may be reported to contact@rider-tyres.eu. The report should describe the issue and page and provide contact details.

We answer without undue delay, generally within 14 days. No particular complaint form is required.

9. Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including assistance from the Polish Trade Inspection, permanent consumer arbitration courts, or consumer ombudsmen. Information is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

ADR is voluntary and requires both parties’ agreement. The EU ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025.

10. Personal data and cookies

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy, and tracking technologies and consent management in the Cookie Policy. Accepting the Privacy Policy is not a condition of the contract.

11. Service accessibility

We design the store for keyboard and assistive-technology use, with semantic headings, labelled forms, visible focus, announced errors, sufficient contrast, and responsive layouts.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, e-mail contact@rider-tyres.eu or call +48 14 689 1100, identifying the page, issue, and preferred contact method.

13. Final provisions

Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Consumer disputes are heard by the court competent under applicable law.

Changes do not affect orders placed before they take effect. The current version is published with its update date.
